Lance Frazier began their work experience in 2002 with the USAF as a Cyber Transport Systems Operations member, where they supported vulnerability identification, network operation, and security compliance. In 2006, they joined EADS NA DS3 as a Systems Engineer and later worked at Unisys in the same role. Lance then took on the role of Sr. Database Engineer at Monsanto Company in 2008, where they oversaw database infrastructure design and implementation. Lance also worked as a Sr. Systems Engineer at Raytheon during the same period. In 2009, Lance joined NJVC-LLC as a Technical Project Manager and Solutions Architect for the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, where they handled pre-sales engagements, project execution, and technical responses. Lance later became the Solutions Architect for the Data Center division at NJVC-LLC. In 2017, Lance joined ManTech International Corporation as a Cyber Security Solutions Architect and Defensive Cyber Services Manager, responsible for IT service design and delivery management. In 2020, Lance joined General Dynamics Information Technology as the Cyber Technology Services Division Manager for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, leading a team of cyber security engineers focused on network protection and defense against attacks. Currently, Lance is working at Cyware as a Cyber Security Solutions Architect.
Lance Frazier obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from Capella University between the years 2010 and 2012. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications over the years including CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), ITIL V3 Foundations, Security +, and CISSP.
