Max Podolyako has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field, spanning over 16 years. Max is currently working at Cyviz as a Software Engineer / Consultant. Prior to that, Max worked at Digitally Inspired Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead. Max also worked at Altabel Group for five years as a Senior Java Software Engineer, developing a public warning solution. Max co-founded ROPO.by and worked as a Java Software Engineer, Architect, and Consultant, where they designed and implemented back-end systems for mobile apps in the grocery sector. Max also worked as a Fullstack Java Developer for javaee.solutions, specializing in projects for the automotive industry. Additionally, Max worked as a Fullstack Java Developer at Innowise Group and started their career as a Junior Fullstack Java Developer at Remote Developers.

Max Podolyako received their Bachelor's degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Vitebsk State University named after P.M.Masherov. Max completed their studies at the university from 2004 to 2009.
