Ronald Tadoum has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Ronald is currently working as a Technical Support Engineer at Cytracom starting from 2023. Previously, they worked at KDDI America, Inc. as a Network Technician from 2021 to 2023, where they monitored Cisco routers and servers using Zabbix and conducted troubleshooting. Before that, Ronald held the position of IT Systems Manager at Librado Pina Inc from 2017 to 2021, where they managed critical Cisco switches and routers, SonicWALL, camera security systems, and computers. Prior to that, they worked as a Computer Lab Technician at the Office of Information Technology at Texas A&M International University from 2014 to 2017, providing customer service to faculty, staff, and students. Ronald also gained experience as a Summer Engineering Intern at the Texas Department of Transportation in 2016, where they managed support work in research analysis, data collection, drafting, and inspections for engineering projects. Overall, Ronald Tadoum has a solid background in technical support, network management, and customer service.

Ronald Tadoum's education history starts with their high school diploma, which they obtained from Canyon Del Oro High School from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they attended Pima Community College from 2011 to 2013, where they earned their bachelor's degree in engineering. After completing their studies at Pima Community College, Ronald pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Systems Engineering at Texas A&M International University from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Ronald has obtained several certifications. Ronald has acquired the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in August 2022.
