Sandra Johnson has had a long and varied career in executive assistance. Sandra began their professional career in 1990 at IBM Corporate Office, where they served as Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Communications Consolidated Data Network. In 1999, they moved to Pergrine Systems as Senior Executive Assistant to the EVP of Worldwide Sales. Sandra then joined Cytori Therapeutics in 2003 as Executive Assistant to the President and CEO & VP Finance & CFO. Most recently, they have been a Consultant at Addison Doffus Design Center since 2017.

Sandra Johnson attended Wichita State University, where they studied Elementary Education.
