Richard Hartley is the CEO of Cytora, a company that utilizes AI to transform underwriting for commercial insurance. Prior to their current role, Richard worked as a Product Manager at eBaoTech Corporation. Richard holds a Master of Science degree in Political Science from UCL, a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The University of Manchester, and has also studied at the English National Ballet School.
