Peter Kagwi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in hotel management and human resources. Currently serving as the General Manager at CySuites Apartment Hotel, Peter oversees all hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Previously, as Operations Manager, Peter managed key hotel departments including Front Office, F&B service, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Finance, and Sales & Marketing. In addition, Peter has held various roles at Cytonn Investments since 2016, such as Assistant Manager in HR and Business Administration, and Senior Business Development and Administration Analyst, where responsibilities included human resources management, policy implementation, and team coordination. Peter began a career at Blurit Computers as a Customer Sales Representative, providing technical advice and maintaining client relationships. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nairobi.
