Leah Hatfield is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical pharmacy and medical affairs. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Medical Affairs at Cytokinetics since November 2021, Leah also holds the position of Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Francisco. Prior roles include System Director of Clinical Pharmacy Programs and Formulary Management at Sutter Health, where Leah led comprehensive pharmacy initiatives across a large integrated delivery network, and Clinical Pharmacy Team Leader at UNC Health Care. With a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University, Leah has further contributed to academia and clinical practice through various teaching and clinical specialist roles, specializing in emergency medicine and critical care.
