Dan Fowler is a seasoned professional in the biopharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in clinical supply chain management and technical operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Clinical Supply Chain at Cytokinetics since May 2015, Dan has previously held notable positions such as Associate Director of Technical Operations at Portola Pharmaceuticals and CMC Consultant at Onset Pharmaceutical Consultants LLC. Dan's career also includes roles at VaxGen and Millennium Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Manager in Contract Manufacturing, as well as experience in cell culture operations at Genentech. Before transitioning to the biopharmaceutical sector, Dan served in the U.S. Coast Guard as an Aviation Survivalman, which included training as a helicopter rescue swimmer and serving as a nationally registered EMT. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University, Chico.
