Evan Cobb is a Project Engineer at Cyth Systems, Inc. since November 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Student Researcher in the Allen Lab at UC San Diego from October 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities involved setting up van der Waals heterostructures and microwave impedance microscopy equipment. Previous experience also includes serving as an Undergraduate Student Researcher in the Zieve Lab at University of California, Davis from October 2015 to June 2018, focusing on the preparation of YbAgGe crystals for uniaxial strain measurements and gaining skills in vacuum systems and optical microscopy. Evan Cobb holds a Master of Science in Physics from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of California, Davis.
