Valeria Mazzanti

Associate Director, Customer Success at Cytel

Valeria Mazzanti has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Valeria most recently worked at Cytel as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on biostatistics. Prior to that, they served as a Biostatistician Assistant at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and as a Lead Teaching Assistant at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Valeria also gained research experience as a Research Analyst at Vcheck Global LLC, a Research Assistant at the Adolescent Development Lab at UCLA, and a Research Assistant at the UCLA Neuroscience Research Laboratory. Additionally, they had internships at the Geneva Foundation for Medical Education and Research and ROLEX. Valeria also has experience in customer service and facility operations from their role as a Facility Operations & Customer Service Supervisor at UCLA Recreation.

Valeria Mazzanti's education history begins with their enrollment at Collège du Léman - International School from 2010 to 2014, where they pursued their IGCSE and International Baccalaureate degrees.

Valeria then attended UCLA from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Physiological Psychology/Psychobiology and a minor in French.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Valeria Mazzanti joined Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health from 2019 to 2021. During this period, they earned their Master of Public Health degree with a specialization in Biostatistics. Valeria also obtained a Certificate in Climate and Health.

In addition to their academic achievements, Valeria Mazzanti obtained the certification of Customer Success Manager Certified Professional from Gainsight in August 2023.
