Stéphanie Lepage has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Stéphanie started their career at Collegio San Carlo as an English Language Teacher in 2008. From there, they moved to RBC where they worked as a Client Associate and later became an Account Manager. In 2016, Stéphanie joined Scuola Regina Margherita as an English Second Language Teacher and stayed there until 2018. In 2019, they worked as an Accountant at Cuisines Modena. Stéphanie then transitioned to Cytel in 2020, initially as an Operations & Digital Media Coordinator and eventually progressing to Senior Operations & Digital Media Coordinator. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager in RWAA Business Operations at Cytel, with future plans to become an Associate Director in the same field.

Stéphanie Lepage's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Centennial Regional High School and obtained their High School Diploma in 2000. In 2001, they enrolled in Dawson College and studied Social Sciences until 2003, although they did not obtain a specific degree.

In 2018, Stéphanie attended the Shadd Health & Business Centre, where they pursued a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Accounting, completing their studies in 2019. During that same year, they also obtained a Certificat de secourisme générale et de réanimation cardiorespiratoire (RCR) from Croix Rouge Canadienne.

Additionally, in March 2019, Stéphanie obtained a certification in CPR/AED/First Aid from the Canadian Red Cross.
