Roshan Serasinghe, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1999, Roshan worked as a Lecturer at Rajarata University of Sri Lanka for six years. In 2006, they served as the Sport Results Manager for the Doha Asian Games Organizing Committee. From 2007 onwards, Roshan transitioned into the field of biostatistics and began a position as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Kansas State University. This role lasted until 2013, during which time they also worked as a Biostatistician at Quintiles. Following their time at Kansas State, Roshan held positions as a Senior Biostatistician at INC Research, then as a Senior Biostatistician at Syneos Health. In 2020, Roshan became a Principal Biostatistician at SDC (Statistics & Data Corporation). Their most recent role is as an Associate Director - Biostatistics at Cytel, starting in August 2022. Throughout their career, Roshan has consistently demonstrated expertise in both teaching and statistical analysis, making them a valuable asset in their field.

Roshan Serasinghe, PhD completed their education in a chronological manner starting with their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from the University of Peradeniya, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Roshan then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Applied Statistics from the same university, completing it from 1998 to 2003. Roshan's educational journey continued at Kansas State University, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Statistics from 2007 to 2013. Roshan's dedication and focus on statistics as their primary field of study is evident throughout their education history.
