Olena Shubina has a diverse work experience in various industries. Olena started their career as an Intern Corporate Health Management & HR at LV 1871 in 2018. Later that year, they worked as a Working student HR at SBK Siemens-Betriebskrankenkasse, where they gained valuable knowledge in the field. In 2020, Olena joined Arthrex GmbH as a Working student Medical Education, where they continued to develop their skills. Olena'snext position was at MSD, where they worked as an Intern & Working student in Market Access / Real-world evidence and Global Clinical Trial Operations from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are a Manager Real World & Advanced Analytics / Business Development at Cytel, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Olena has demonstrated their ability to adapt and excel in different roles and industries.

Olena Shubina completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Gesundheitswissenschaften at the Technical University of Munich from 2016 to 2020. Olena then pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2020 to 2022.
