Manish Deole has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Manish started their career as a Biometrician at SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd. in February 2006 and worked there until August 2007. Manish then moved to Tata Consultancy Services, where they held the position of Process Executive from August 2007 to March 2010. Following that, they joined inVentiv Health Clinical as a Senior Statistical Programmer in April 2010 and stayed with the company until July 2013. Currently, Manish is employed at Cytel, where they have held various roles. Manish started as a Senior Statistical Programmer in July 2013 and worked till March 2017. From April 2017 to March 2021, they served as a Team Lead at Cytel. Manish then received a promotion as a Senior Team Lead, from April 2021 to September 2022. Presently, they hold the position of Principal Statistical Programmer at Cytel, starting from September 2022.

Manish Deole pursued their higher education at the Pillai College of Arts, Commerce, and Science from 1998 to 2000. There, they completed their Higher Secondary Certificate with a focus on Science. Following this, Manish Deole enrolled at the Pillai College of Engineering for their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science. Manish attended this institution from 2000 to 2004.
