Madhunika Jilla started their work experience as a Statistical Programmer at IQVIA in February 2018. Madhunika worked in this role until April 2020. Madhunika then joined Parexel as a Statistical Programmer II in April 2020 and worked until September 2022. Currently, Madhunika is employed as a Senior Statistical Programmer at Cytel, starting in September 2022.

Madhunika Jilla completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree at CMR College of Engineering & Technology from 2013 to 2017. In addition, they obtained the SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 (CBP) certification from edX in February 2018.
