Bhanu R. currently works at Cytel as a Senior Statistical Programmer since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Statistical Programmer at Cytel from January 2021 to July 2022. Before joining Cytel, Bhanu R. was employed at Syneos Health as a Statistical Programmer II from July 2019 to December 2020. Their work experience also includes a role as an Associate Statistical Programmer at IQVIA from March 2014 to January 2017.

Bhanu R. completed a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Kakatiya University between 2008 and 2011. They then went on to pursue a PG Diploma in Analysis and QA from Nizam College, Osmania University from 2011 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Bhanu R. obtained the certification of SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS9 from SAS in February 2014.
