Basirat Afinowi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2006, they began their career as a Customer Support Administrator at Cambridgeshire Interpretation & Translation Agency (CINTRA). Basirat then joined Cambridgeshire County Council in 2007, first as a Data Officer and later as the CFA-IS Web Development Manager. In 2014, they transitioned to the Royal Society of Chemistry, where they served as a Project Manager for five years.
