David Gerlach is an experienced professional currently serving as Incident Manager at CyrusOne since September 2023. Previously, David held positions at Amazon, starting as a Loss Prevention Specialist in September 2020 and progressing to Loss Prevention Manager by June 2021. David's earlier experience includes nearly a decade as an Investigator for the City of Knoxville, focusing on narcotics-related investigations and collaboration with various law enforcement and federal agencies. David also has over five years of management experience as House Manager at Malco Theatres, Inc., where training in company policy and customer relations was a key responsibility. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Freed-Hardeman University and possesses a UAS 14 CFR Part 107 Pilot’s License along with a Special Deputation with the FBI.
