Maya Salemnia has held a variety of positions in the HR, recruitment, and operations fields. In 2021, they began working as the Head of People at Cyrus, where they are responsible for leading strategic HR initiatives and managing the HR and Operation teams. In the same year, they also began working as the Head of HR at Transmit Security, a company that transforms the way companies with online services are authenticating users. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Riskified as the Director Global HRBP and HRBP and Recruitment TL, where they managed HR activities and developed and implemented various OD processes. In 2015, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Panaya. From 2012 to 2009, they worked at SeeV as the Recruitment Team Leader for HI-Tech and Software Recruiter and Account Manager for HI-Tech, where they managed the full cycle recruiting process for software development positions and recruited talented software engineers. From 2009 to 2001, they worked at EL AL Israel Airlines as a Flight Attendant and at the IDF as a Psychotechnical Diagnostician.

Maya Salemnia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from Tel Aviv University between 2005 and 2008. Maya went on to receive a Master's degree in Labor Studies from the same university between 2010 and 2012.
