Michelle Bisanz has extensive experience in food and beverage management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at The Cypress of Raleigh since October 2016. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Dining Room Manager at The Cypress Club of Raleigh, where responsibilities included hiring, training, and retaining employees, as well as overseeing inventory and ensuring exceptional customer service for members. Michelle also held the position of Assistant Director of Dining Services at Morrison Senior Dining, focusing on staff training and developing service programs. With earlier experience in food and beverage operations at The Fountains at Millbrook and an educational background in sociology from the University at Buffalo, Michelle has honed expertise in the senior dining industry.
