Paul Cypher has a long history of professional experience. Paul began their career in 1996 as the Acting Development Director at the Seneca Park Zoo Society. In 1997, they moved to the Rochester Museum & Science Center as the Vice President for Advancement. In 2002, they became the Executive Director of the Baltimore Museum of Industry. In 2004, they founded CypherWorX Consulting, where they served as President. In 2008, they held two roles simultaneously, Executive Director of the Genesee Valley Health Partnership and Adjunct Faculty at Medaille College. Since 2009, they have been President & CEO of CypherWorx Inc., a social entrepreneurial employee performance technology solutions company.
Paul Cypher attended Villanova University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Paul then attended Seton Hall University from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Master of Arts in Strategic Communications and Leadership. Paul also obtained Leadership Certificates from Leadership Rochester and Leadership Livingston, respectively, in 2008 and 2009.
