Robert Oliver is an experienced technology professional with extensive expertise in DevOps and software engineering. As the DevOps Manager at CYPHER LEARNING since January 2009, Robert has created and managed customized Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure to support high-volume user requests and has developed DevOps workflows for Ruby on Rails applications. Previously, Robert held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Tucker International from June 2010 to June 2021, where responsibilities included maintaining and upgrading a significant Ruby on Rails application. Additionally, Robert served as President and CEO of OCS Solutions, Inc. from January 1997 to June 2021, managing and consulting with DevOps teams for major Internet sites and developing web and mobile solutions across various programming languages for multinational organizations, including Fortune 500 companies.
