Jessica Farrugia has worked at Cynthia Rowley for an unspecified amount of time, beginning as a Design Director. In this role, they were responsible for providing design direction for the collection and all licensees, creating original prints for the collection and licensees, and managing all licensees. In 2003, they were promoted to Design Director for a second and third time.

Jessica Farrugia attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in both Fashion/Apparel Design.
