Or Tzur has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. In 2016, they served as an IT Manager at Corefix until September 2017. Following this role, they had a legal internship at Chaya Gugig & Co Law Firm from September 2017 to August 2018. From November 2020 to February 2022, Or Tzur worked as a Real Estate Lawyer at NK - Law Firm. Most recently, they joined Cynet Security in August 2022 as an IT Specialist.

Or Tzur attended Netanya Academic College from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. They have also obtained certification as a Lawyer from the Israel Bar Association in December 2019.
