Bryan Herde, PMP, has extensive experience in program management and engineering within the aerospace industry. Prior experience at NORDAM from December 2005 to August 2021 includes roles as Manufacturing Engineer and Program Manager, where Bryan developed manufacturing plans, enhanced process flows, and managed programs for major aerospace clients like Gulfstream Aerospace and Textron. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Nazarene University, Bryan has a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and accuracy in costing and bidding processes.
