Herman is responsible for driving growth and empowering customer experience in those sectors, which has included the recent acquisition of Citec into the Cyient portfolio. Herman has over 25 years of experience within the mining and resources sector, having served multiple senior-level roles implementing large-scale growth initiatives spanning Australia, the Americas, South Africa and Asia. Herman was the founding partner of a successful management advisory practice servicing high-profile global clients across the heavy-industry and resources sector, successfully architecting and implementing major transformation projects.
