Darragh Buffini has over 17 years of work experience. Darragh currently works as the Head of Analytics at Cygnvs Inc. since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Workday for over 4 years as a Senior Software Development Engineer.

In 2014, Darragh was a Development Team Lead at PADDYPOWER, where they led a distributed development team and successfully coordinated the delivery of a green field proof of concept project over a 6-month timeline. Darragh was also responsible for hiring new staff for the team.

From 2005 to 2014, Darragh worked at Informatica as a Senior Software Engineer. Darragh was the lead developer on the Human Task Management System and was responsible for new feature development, as well as maintenance and integration of the external tech stack. Darragh also solved several escalations, including optimizing a customer's data quality process, reducing the runtime from 6 months to 3 hours.

Before that, Darragh worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Similarity Systems, a 1st Tier Technical Support at Dell, and a Customer Service and Sales Consultant at 3G Mobile.

Their early work experience includes working as a Software Engineer at NUIM Library in 2002, where they designed and implemented systems for managing support tickets and storing digital articles.

Darragh Buffini attended Maynooth University from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science & Software Engineering.
