Prachi N. has a diverse work experience in HR and talent management. Prachi currently holds the position of Head - Talent & Vendor Management at Cygnet Infotech since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited from February 2016 to April 2021, where they held the roles of Assistant Manager - HR and Senior Executive - HR. In these roles, they were responsible for talent acquisition, developing sourcing strategies, and consulting on compensation strategies and market trends. Before joining STL, Prachi worked at Vodafone as an Assistant - HR from November 2014 to February 2016, where they managed the recruitment life cycle and ensured staffing as per the business requirements. Prachi also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at IMS People from April 2013 to October 2014, where they specialized in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing.
