Ken Berthiaume has a strong background in software engineering and development. Ken started their career at Knowledge Technologies International, where they developed custom Java components and implemented remote server applications. Ken then worked at Auspice Corporation, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer and was responsible for designing power supply management systems and implementing PHP web pages. Ken later joined ARRIS as a Senior Software Engineer, where they led the development of the PowerSense product and worked on a distributed PowerSense server. After that, they worked at ExaGrid Systems as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on the customer-facing user interface and troubleshooting server-side issues. More recently, Ken joined CyGlass, where they started as a Software Development Engineer and later took on the role of Principal Software Engineer. In this role, they are involved in technical decisions, design, and implementation of performance and integration solutions for the platform team.

Ken Berthiaume earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
