DR.Fazlul Krishnan has had a long and varied career in the health and nutrition field. DR.Fazlul began their career in 2005 as a Medical Officer at Dr Mishra's Homoeopathy. In 2009, they became a Community Health Fellow at Public Health Resource Network, where they provided technical support to DPMU, Nuapada to strengthen NRHM initiatives like ASHA, GKS, RKS, JSY, and PRI involvement in village health and nutrition planning. In 2010, they moved to Directorate of Health Services, Government of Odisha as a Research Associate. In 2011, they became a District Child Survival Consultant at PDCSL- with UNICEF project, providing technical assistance in Routine Immunization, IMNCI, Nutrition, and other interventions. In 2013, they joined Save the Children India as a Programme Coordinator, leading the designing and implementation of projects on Nutrition, Child Survival, and WASH in the state of Jharkhand. In 2017, they took on two roles: State Community Specialist at Indian Health Action Trust, UPTSU, where they managed the community programs and supervised two zones of 10 high priority districts of UP, India to improve maternal, newborn, and child health services outcomes; and Program Manager at Digital Green. In 2018, they joined Nutrition International as a State Programme Representative, managing the state team of 15 members, leading the micro nutrient programs in 27 districts, and providing technical support to Government of Chhattisgarh on Adoloescent anemia, maternal nutrition, and Vitamin A programs. In 2021, they became the Director of Operations at CyGenica.
Dr. Fazlul Krishnan completed their MBA in Health Management from the Institute of Health Management and Research Jaipur between 2007 and 2009. DR.Fazlul subsequently obtained a number of certifications, including the Stanford Leadership Seed Spark Program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in September 2021, a Certificate in Corporate Governance from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs in April 2021, a Certified in Project Management for Development Profession from APMG International in January 2020, Fundamentals of Quantitative Modelling from the University of Pennsylvania in January 2020, Excellence in Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and International Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
