Neil Parker is a seasoned professional in environmental planning and consultancy, currently serving as Team Leader for Development Planning at Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru / Natural Resources Wales since September 2019. With a robust background, Neil held the position of Senior Environmental Consultant at Environment Systems from October 2014 to September 2019, and served as Senior Ecologist at Capita Symonds in 2013-2014.
