Phong Phạm has been working in the technology industry since 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they were the Founder of Bắu Studio, where they created the mobile game "School Cheater" which was a runner-up for the GDWC (Game Dev World Championship) 2013. In 2015, Phong Phạm took on the role of Project Manager at the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam. Since 2016, they have been the Founder of CYFEER JSC, where they have developed user-friendly technology to connect Building managers, Residents, and Service providers.

Phong Phạm began their educational journey in 2008 by pursuing an Engineer's degree in Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Phong then continued their studies at the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Technical and Scientific Communication in 2015. During this time, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General in 2015.
