Roberto Zermeno Gonzalez has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, with a career spanning over two decades at Grupo Cydsa, where Roberto has held the positions of Gerente de Compensaciones y Desarrollo Organizacional and Lider de Proyecto since November 1998. Roberto has been instrumental in the redesign of HR processes and the implementation of the SuccessFactors technology platform. Prior to this, Roberto worked at Vitro from May 1995 to November 1998, taking on roles related to compensation and HR planning. Roberto holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an ISC degree in Management Information Systems from the same institution.
