Justine Carbone has a solid background in technical writing and curriculum development. Justine currently works at Cycle Labs as a Technical Curriculum Developer. Prior to this, they worked at GP Strategies Corporation as a Lead Content Developer, where they were responsible for developing content. Before that, they held the position of Senior Technical Writer at CoreLogic. Justine also has experience as a self-employed Technical Writer, where they worked from 2010 to 2019. Justine began their career as a Writing Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington.
Justine Carbone obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in General Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Justine then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from Tarleton State University from 2011 to 2012. Following that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Dallas from 2012 to 2016.
In addition to their formal education, Justine Carbone has obtained multiple certifications. In 2016, they completed the Certificate Program in Technical Writing from Southern Methodist University and became a Certified Professional Technical Communicator - Foundational through the Society for Technical Communication. In 2020, they obtained the certification "Become an Instructional Designer" from LinkedIn. More recently, in 2023, they obtained the Pendo Essentials certification from Pendo.io and became a Tovuti Certified Instance Administrator from Tovuti LMS.
