Matt Harrop is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Manager at Cycas Hospitality since November 2019, previously holding the role of Technical Support Engineer. Prior experience includes various technical support and systems engineering positions at QDOS Communications Ltd from February 2014 to June 2018, as well as IT Support Advisor at Spicerhaart from October 2011 to February 2014. Matt began the career as an Apprentice IT Technician at Hadleigh High School between September 2010 and October 2011 and has also worked as an Aircraft and General Duties Technician at Serco in 2008. Educational qualifications comprise an NVQ Level 2 IT User Apprenticeship from Inspire Training and a BTEC ICT Practitioners Level 2 from Suffolk New College.
