Carol Gomes began working as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at Esri in July 2022 and is currently employed in that role. Prior to joining Esri, they worked as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at CyberTech Systems and Software, Inc starting in March 2022 and is still in that position.

Carol Gomes obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Geology/Earth Science from Goa University, where they studied from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geology/Earth Science from Dempo Charities Trust Dhempe College of Arts & Science Miramar, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Carol attended DCTs Vasantrao Dempo Higher Secondary School of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira-Goa from 2014 to 2016 to complete their HSSC (Higher Secondary School Certificate) in Science. Before that, they completed their SSC (Secondary School Certificate) education at Mary Immaculate Girls' High School from 2008 to 2014. Their primary education was done at Jesus and Mary Sarvajanik High School from 2002 to 2008.
