Souma Mondal began their career in 2018 as a Marketing Intern at Teqjass Software Solutions. In 2019, they joined Bandhan Bank as a Management Trainee and Business Analyst, where they handled branch operations, audits, compliance, and data with Excel, MIS, and data interpretation. In 2021, they joined Vedantu as a Senior Academic Counselor. Souma is currently employed at CyberSWIFT as a Business Analyst, where they are responsible for delivery management, acting as a bridge between clients and the software team, making documentation, and preparing meeting of minutes.

Souma Mondal has a strong educational background. From 2017 to 2019, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics and Marketing from INDUS BUSINESS ACADEMY - IBA, BANGALORE. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha from 2012 to 2016. Souma also has a number of certifications, including a Data Science using Machine Learning Tools certification from Board Infinity obtained in November 2021, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KPMG obtained in September 2018, a Capstone Business Simulation Program from Business Think Learning obtained in January 2018, an Appathon Workshop from Microsoft Campus Club obtained in March 2015, and a Java certification from LIT obtained in July 2014.
