Joe Onwubuya is an experienced professional in the field of ICT strategy and implementation, currently serving as Managing Director at both CYBERSPACE Nigeria and Cyberspace Limited since September 1996 and September 2011, respectively. Joe also holds the position of Executive Director. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Management Programme from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, and both a B.Sc and M.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos.
