Craig Lutgen has extensive experience in engineering and technology roles. Craig is currently the Vice President of Engineering at CyberSecure IPS, where they lead the development of IoT technology to secure data center and communication systems. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Engineer at Tellabs, where they were responsible for specifying product features and managing engineering teams for the 1100 Multiservice Access Platform (MSAP). Craig also served as the Vice President of Engineering at Serenova, where they integrated TelStrat Engage Workforce Optimization with Serenova Contact Center as a Service. Earlier in their career, Craig held various engineering and management positions at TelStrat, Tellabs, Navini Networks, Motorola, and Omnipoint Corp. Overall, they have a track record of leadership, strategic planning, and successful technology implementation.
Craig Lutgen earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, completing their studies from 2000 to 2006.
