Lindiwe Tshabalala is an experienced Business Analyst currently employed at Momentum since December 2019, where collaboration with stakeholders and the Product Owner is key to documenting business requirements and ensuring feature integration meets product objectives. Prior to this role, Lindiwe worked at Discovery Limited from December 2012 to November 2019, facilitating interviews to clarify business requirements, employing UML technology for documentation, and designing functional solutions. From February 2009 to November 2012, Lindiwe was with Absa Group in various capacities, including Business Analyst, where stakeholder relationship management and requirement definition were essential, as well as serving as Branch Manager, focusing on people and target management. Lindiwe holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of the Free State, completed in 2008.
