Dorel Guzun is a highly experienced software engineer and researcher with a robust background in systems programming and technology development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Nordson Corporation, Dorel has also held senior engineering roles at CyberOptics and Data Recognition Corporation, focusing on software development using various programming languages and frameworks, as well as troubleshooting and debugging code. Prior experience includes significant contributions at PD Licensing, where Dorel developed technologies for the petroleum refining industry, and earlier roles involved research in optical microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and measurement systems. Dorel holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Science in Physics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
