Bayram Sapmaz has held a variety of roles in the past eight years. From 2014 to 2020, they worked as a Religious Instructor at GGWRC, where they conducted religious education courses, prepared and delivered lectures, and led and moderated discussions. Bayram then joined DOC in 2020 as a Chaplain, where they provided religious or spiritual guidance to inmates, offered reflective, non-judgmental listening, and managed religious services. Most recently, they joined CyberNow Labs in 2022 as a Cyber Security Analyst, where they are experienced in using various leading tools in the area of cyber security, such as Splunk Enterprise, IBM QRadar, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Proofpoint, and Tenable Nessus. Bayram is also responsible for optimizing processes for monitoring and analyzing SIEM alerts through Splunk and IBM QRadar, proactively identifying security anomalies for investigation and remediation.

Bayram Sapmaz obtained a Bachelor's degree in 2005-2009 from Sakarya University and a Master's degree in Social Sciences from Marmara University in 2011-2014. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from various institutions, including LinkedIn, Fortinet, Coursera, Splunk, and CompTIA, from 2022 onwards.
