Bakhriddin Gafarov has been working in the field of cyber security since 2022, when they began working as a Cyber Security Analyst at CyberNow Labs. In this role, they have been investigating malicious phishing emails, domains and IPs using Open Source and Enterprise tools (Proofpoint), implementing vulnerability management functions on sandbox networks, conducting vulnerability assessments with Nessus and developing automated remediation processes. Bakhriddin has also been creating and tracking incidents and requests using ticketing tools (Resilient, JIRA) and working with Splunk SIEM tool to monitor logs from the endpoint and Serbs for troubleshooting any open issues.

Prior to this, Bakhriddin Gafarov was employed as a Leading Specialist - Senior Apron Movement Controller at International Airport "Sheremetyevo" from 2019. From 2018 to 2010, they worked at State Unitary Enterprise "Tajikairnavigation" in the Safety and Quality Department as an Inspector and at the Branch as a Senior (Supervisor) of Aerodrome Traffic Controller and Tower Controller.

Bakhriddin Gafarov has a varied educational background. In 2009-2010, they obtained a Certificate in Air Traffic Controller from The Kyrgyz Republic Ministry of Transport and Communications Department of Civil Aviation State Enterprise "Kyrgyzaeronavigatsia". In 2011-2016, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician from Kurgan-Tube State University Named After Nosir Khusrav, Kurgan-Tube Tajikistan. In 2014, they received a Certificate in Air Traffic Management from Moscow Institute of Air Navigation Training for Flight Managers of Air Traffic Management. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Aerodrome control course from Malaysia Aviation Academy (MAvA) Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia, Kuala-Lumpur Malaysia. Lastly, in 2017, they earned a Certificate in Basic Instructional Techniques from Malaysia Aviation Academy (MAvA) Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia, Kuala-Lumpur Malaysia. Additionally, Bakhriddin Gafarov has obtained a number of certifications since 2022, including Google IT Support (2023), Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 2: Certified Associate (2022), Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1: Certified Associate (2022), Fundamentals of Cyber Risk Management Public Version (2022), and CompTIA Security+ ce Certification (2022).
