Alex Plits has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership and technical roles. Their most recent position is as a Software Team Lead at CyberMDX - A Forescout Company, where they started in 2022. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they worked at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel as a CTO Team Lead, leading a team focused on exploring and adapting evolving IaaS/SaaS technologies in the field of cyber security.

From 2009 to 2020, Alex worked at RADWIN, where they held multiple roles. Alex started as an Application Developer responsible for system architecture design and implementation of a wireless communication radio planning solution. Alex then transitioned to being an Embedded RT Software Engineer, developing solutions for wireless backhaul products. Later, they became a Cellular Embedded SW Engineer, working on a new 3GPP Cellular solution integrating wireless backhaul, WIFI, and cellular service. Finally, they served as a SW Infrastructure Team Leader, providing technical and management leadership in areas such as BSP, various platforms, and build/development environments.

Before RADWIN, Alex worked at Ksoft Ltd. as a .NET Software Developer, where they designed and implemented CAD/CAM solutions and data access layers. Alex also worked at Intervision as a System Administrator at a hosting company, responsible for server administration, maintenance, and security.

Overall, Alex Plits has a diverse background in software development, technical leadership, and system administration, with a focus on cyber security and wireless technologies.

Alex Plits completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. This education took place from 2005 to 2009.
