Michael Baum, CPA has a strong background in finance and accounting. Michael is currently serving as the Director of Finance at CyberMaxx since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Finance Manager at Beep, Inc. from November 2020 to January 2023. Michael also served as the Controller at PrizeLogic from March 2019 to October 2020 and as the Assistant Controller from October 2017 to March 2019. Before that, they worked as a Senior Audit Associate at RSM US LLP from November 2016 to September 2017. Michael started their career as an Internal Auditor at AlixPartners from June 2016 to November 2016. Michael also gained valuable experience as a Senior Staff Accountant at UHY LLP from September 2014 to June 2016, where they were promoted from a Staff Accountant due to exceptional performance. In addition, they held the position of Treasurer on the Board of Directors at Summer in the City from August 2012 to May 2014. Michael started their career as a Staff Accountant at PulteGroup from August 2012 to July 2013.

Michael Baum, CPA, obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics, Business (specialization: Business Administration), and Near Eastern and Judaic Studies from Brandeis University, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. Michael then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accountancy at Walsh College from 2012 to 2014. Michael Baum obtained their first certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Michigan in October 2014. Michael recently obtained another certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Florida in June 2021.
