Itay Avidar has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Itay is currently working as a Cyber Threat Analyst at Cyberint since August 2022. Prior to this, they were a student at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem starting from October 2020. Itay also served as an Analytics Manager at the Ministry of Health Israel from May 2020 to October 2020. Before that, they worked as an Intelligence Specialist at AMAREL LTD from October 2018 to May 2019. In addition to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Bit It from September 2018 to May 2019. Itay Avidar began their career in 2014 as a Data Analyst and Research Specialist in the Israel Defense Forces - Military Intelligence, where they worked until July 2018.

Itay Avidar holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Additionally, they participated in the young researchers program at the Weizmann Institute of Science from 2012 to 2014, although the field of study for this program is not specified.
