Toshinao Sugai currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success, Product Support, and Technical Service at Cybereason, a position held since May 2018, where responsibilities include managing the Customer Success Team and developing a comprehensive Customer Success model in Japan. Prior experience includes roles such as the Director of Business Development/Strategic Alliance at Cybereason and General Manager at IPsoft, where Toshinao focused on cognitive business strategy and market growth. Additional positions held at BMC Software, Hewlett-Packard, KVH Co., Ltd., TrendMicro Incorporated, and Internet Security Systems Inc. have contributed to extensive experience in product marketing and consulting within the IT security domain. Toshinao holds a diploma from Sapporo Hokuryo High School.
