Sharon Rechtman is an experienced IT Operation Project Manager at CyberArk since December 2022, previously serving as a Senior Project Manager at Tnuva and RTNC Group, where responsibilities included managing high-budget integration IT projects and coordinating between multinational subcontractors. Previously at Nokia, Sharon successfully led large-scale software projects involving cross-functional teams for leading Israeli service providers. Early career roles included managing E2E telecom projects in West Africa with Team - Malam Team and handling IT projects at K.M.M Computer Systems for enterprise clients. Sharon holds an MBA and a BA in Social Science and Management from The Open University of Israel.
