Sean Gorman is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in cloud operations, engineering, and database management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Cloud Operations & Engineering at CyberArk since October 2021, Sean oversees a 95-person R&D division while enhancing operational maturity for the company's SaaS offerings. Prior roles include Senior Director of Production Engineering and Vice President of Technology Enablement/CIO at VMware Carbon Black, where responsibilities ranged from managing globally-distributed engineering teams to leading significant infrastructure transformations. Additional experience includes various leadership roles at Warner Bros. Entertainment, Fidelity Capital Markets, and EMC, with a strong focus on database administration and system architecture. Sean holds a background in strategic technology enhancements and operational efficiency, backed by a foundational education from the Community College of the Air Force.
