Oron Kastel is an experienced R&D manager with a demonstrated history in software development and team leadership across various technology sectors. Currently serving as an R&D Manager at CyberArk since March 2021, Oron leads an infrastructure team responsible for developing software infrastructure for a product utilizing Spring and microservices architecture. Prior to this role, Oron held multiple leadership positions at TSG IT Advanced Systems Ltd., managing up to 40 employees and overseeing the development of complex command and control projects. With a strong foundation in GIS and software development initiated during service in the Israel Defence Forces and earlier roles in technical support and web administration, Oron possesses a comprehensive skill set, underpinned by a B.Sc. in Statistics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
